Foundation Acrylic Nails

Course Title - Foundation Acrylic Nails- NSI

Course Description - This Foundation Course (also includes a half day assessment) is for a complete beginner who has no previous knowledge or experience. It is designed to provide a platform upon which the amateur can develop their skills. The course has been carefully constructed to provide the right mix and knowledge. The course will cover Health and Safety, Nail Anatomy, Diseases and Disorders, Tip Application, Sculpting Techniques, Powder Liquid Ratio, Product Application, Filing and Finishing Techniques, Maintenance, Repairs, Nail Biters and Removal.

The System

We have chosen NSI as one of the leading nail products available today.The Attraction Acrylic System is truly the most advanced powder and liquid system available, the powders are a unique blend available in radiant colour options, which offer effortless workability and deliver exceptional strength and flexibility. The attraction liquid is low odour, non-yellowing and designed for easy pickup. The Attraction Acrylic System empowers the user to create captivating enhancements, with its unique flow and spring-back action.

Course requirements- No previous qualifications are required to attend this course

Duration - 3 days plus an additional half day final assessment
We do occasionlly run a seven week course, 1 evening per week with week 7 being the final assessment.

Times - 9.30am - 4.00pm, the 6 week evening class course runs from 5.30pm - 8.30pm

Cost - £465- No VAT to be added. This includes your NSI Kit worth £106 and will contain enough products to carry out approximately 100 sets of nails

Qualification gained – Once successfully completed you will receive the Deep training academy diploma, the course is fully accredited by the Guild and can be covered by the Guild's insurance policy.

Foundation UV Gel Nails

Course Title - Foundation UV Gel Nails- NSI

Course Description - This Foundation Course (also includes a half day assessment) is for a complete begginer who has no previous knowledge or experience. The System

We have chosen NSI as one of the leasding nail products available today. The Balance UV Gel system incorporates the very latest UV technology creating a system that is versatile, durable, odourless, hypoallergenic and great to wear. It combines a superior no-lift adhesive UV gel foundation, with free flowing, flexible, self leveling builder gels. Balance finish gels complete the system, adding a permanent high gloss finish. If you are intending to work in an environment where odour is an issue, the Balance UV Gel System is the answer for you.

Gel to Acrylic

Course title- Gel to Acrylic- NSI

Course description- This course is designed for experienced gel nail technicians want to learn acrylic liquid and powder skills using the Attraction Acrylic System. This course will enable you to have practical skills in sculpting and tipping.

The Requirements- All students must hold a Foundation Certificate or equivalent and have at least 6 months experience with gel. Students are required to bring their own gel brush. Natural nails must be worn so students can practise on each other.

Duration- 1 day

Cost -£175 No VAT to be added

Time- 9.30-4.30

Acrylic to Gel

Course title- Acrylic to Gel- NSI

Course description- This course is designed for experienced powder and liquid (acrylic) nail technicians want to learn UV gel systems using the balance gels. This course will enable you to have practical skills in sculpting and tipping.

The Requirements- All students must hold a Foundation Certificate or equivalent and have at least 6 months experience with acrylic. Students are required to bring their own gel brush. Natural nails must be worn so students can practise on each other.

Pedicure

Course Title - Pedicure

Course Description - This course covers the entire pedicure procedure including natural nail care, foot and leg massage routine and the art to polishing natural nails so you will have a comprehensive understanding of the pedicure process.

Manicure and Pedicure

Course Title - Manicure and Pedicure

Course Description - The manicure is one of the most widely practiced beauty rituals; this course covers the entire manicure procedure including natural nail care, hand and arm massage routine and the art to polishing natural nails so you will have a comprehensive understanding of the manicure process. This course also covers the entire pedicure procedure including natural nail care, foot and leg massage routine and the art to polishing natural nails so you will have a comprehensive understanding of the pedicure process.

Twinkle Toes

Course Title - Twinkle Toes

Course Description - This is a half day course that will cover the application and removal of UV Gel Nail Extensions to the Toes.

Hollywood Toes

Course Title - Hollywood Toes

Course Description - This is a half day course that will cover the application of the permanent french polish on toes that will not damage the nail. No previous experience is required.

Foil Wraps

Course Title - Foil Wraps

Course Description - The Course involves the application and removal of the foil wraps using Infa-Red Lamp, with foil wraps there is no need for drying or any smudging! You need no other nail products to help apply foils other than the foil wraps and an Infra-Red Lamp and the Crystal File.

Duration - Half Day (This course is also available in the evening)

Course Description - This course will show you how to develop the practical skills to complete techniques for basic nail art designs on fingers and toes, it is a very poular add on service with nails.

Please note that on your training day we do not provide lunch but drinks will be provided free of charge, however there are shops where refreshments can be purchased appprox 1 mile away. If you wish to bring your own lunch then we have adequate facilities for this. If you require any more information with regards to overnight accomodation if you are travelling quite a distance then we can provide you with a list of local places to stay within 1 mile of the training academy.
