Course Title - Foundation UV Gel Nails- NSI
Course Description - This Foundation Course (also includes a half day assessment) is for a complete begginer who has no previous knowledge or experience. It is designed to provide a platform upon which the amateur can develop their skills. The course will cover Health and Safety, Nail Anatomy, Diseases and Disorders, Tip Application, Sculpting Techniques, Gel Application, Filing and Finishing Techniques, Maintenance, Repairs, Nail Biters and Removal.
The System
We have chosen NSI as one of the leasding nail products available today. The Balance UV Gel system incorporates the very latest UV technology creating a system that is versatile, durable, odourless, hypoallergenic and great to wear. It combines a superior no-lift adhesive UV gel foundation, with free flowing, flexible, self leveling builder gels. Balance finish gels complete the system, adding a permanent high gloss finish. If you are intending to work in an environment where odour is an issue, the Balance UV Gel System is the answer for you.
Course requirements- No previous qualifications are required to attend this course
Duration - 3 days plus an additional half day final assessment
We do occasionlly run a seven week course, 1 evening per week with week 7 being the final assessment
Cost - £520 no VAT to be added, this includes your Kit and UV Lamp worth £220.00, which will contain enough product to carry out approximately 65 sets of nails
Times - 9.30am - 4.00pm, the 6 week evening class course runs from 5.30pm - 8.30pm
Qualification gained – Once successfully completed you will receive the Deep training academy diploma, the course is fully accredited by the Guild and can be covered by the Guild's insurance policy.

Gel to Acrylic
Course title- Gel to Acrylic- NSI
Course description- This course is designed for experienced gel nail technicians want to learn acrylic liquid and powder skills using the Attraction Acrylic System. This course will enable you to have practical skills in sculpting and tipping.
The Requirements- All students must hold a Foundation Certificate or equivalent and have at least 6 months experience with gel. Students are required to bring their own gel brush. Natural nails must be worn so students can practise on each other.
Duration- 1 day
Cost -£175 No VAT to be added
Time- 9.30-4.30

Acrylic to Gel
Course title- Acrylic to Gel- NSI
Course description- This course is designed for experienced powder and liquid (acrylic) nail technicians want to learn UV gel systems using the balance gels. This course will enable you to have practical skills in sculpting and tipping.
The Requirements- All students must hold a Foundation Certificate or equivalent and have at least 6 months experience with acrylic. Students are required to bring their own gel brush. Natural nails must be worn so students can practise on each other.

Please note that on your training day we do not provide lunch but drinks will be provided free of charge, however there are shops where refreshments can be purchased appprox 1 mile away. If you wish to bring your own lunch then we have adequate facilities for this. If you require any more information with regards to overnight accomodation if you are travelling quite a distance then we can provide you with a list of local places to stay within 1 mile of the training academy.
