Here are some hints and tips to help you get through your pregnancy and have you looking and feeling in fantastic condition ready for the big day.

Lastly don't forget the bits you may not be able to see anymore!! If you are struggling to reach your feet then a pedicure is great treatment to have, beautiful looking feet always make you feel good. A Pedicure involves foot massage and a foot spa which are great as your feet and ankles can often become sore, swollen and painful. A lovely soak in warm foot spa, any rough skin removed and your nails tidied will make you feel like a new woman!! It is also fine to use nail polish during pregnancy if you fancy adding a bit of glamour to your feet.
